Protecting Cheshire’s Wildlife for the Future
Cheshire Wildlife Trust has been the leading independent wildlife and environmental charity in the Cheshire Region for almost 50 years. We manage 45 nature reserves across Cheshire East, Cheshire West and Chester, Halton, Stockport, Tameside, Trafford, Warrington and Wirral. Our ground-breaking Conservation Grazing Scheme with native-breed cattle is helping to bring wildlife back to the wider countryside as part of our ‘Living Landscapes’ project. We stand up for wildlife in local communities and provide opportunities for people of all ages to discover the natural world through events, volunteering and outreach projects.
