Wellbeing Programme

One in four people will develop a mental health problem at some point in their life time....

The Wellbeing Programme aims to improve people’s health and happiness and support recovery through weekly outdoor activities in the natural world.

Participants engage in activities such as woodland management, collecting and growing tree seeds and building a bonfire.  These are carried out in a supportive environment where everyone’s contribution is valued.

Our minibus will depart from a central location or participants can meet us on site at our nature reserves. Just bring some warm clothing and a packed lunch. We can provide tea and coffee and some sturdy footwear.

Currently Cheshire Wildlife Trust runs the programme at Northwich and Winsford locations on a Thursday each week.

More information can be found here.
