Wellbeing with Nature is a 6 session engagement programme based on the 5 ways to wellbeing, the 5 ways to nature connection and being present. With you at the center this programme will help you to reach your goals. Whether you want to be happier, healthier or move onto something new we can help. This evidence based approach has seen fantastic results and we are here to help you.
I have never really liked where I lived. I just haven't visited many places and was looking forward to moving away so much. This programme got me outside and exploring. I have fallen in love with places I never appreciated. I have found pleasure in little things and felt happier as a result. I am so grateful for this course, I couldn't have done lockdown without it.
Our engagement packs are fun to use
Cheshire Wildlife Trust have adapted this programme to be delivered virtually during lockdown. Sessions are delivered via a video call platform, they run for around an hour. There are activities before - for you to get active in nature, moments for reflection and grounding, creative outlets and times for you to give back to nature and volunteer from your home.
Groups are small and focused, there is plenty of time for you to be heard. Session leaders will support you every step of the way. We will introduce ourselves and find out how we can help you on an introductory call, get you set up on the video calling platform, provide materials needed for the programme and support you with 1-2-1 support along the way.
