Traineeships are great for those looking for a career in the conservation sector but are struggling to find a first paid role. These opportunities are focussed on providing a wide range of opportunities and experiences that are ideal for career development.These posts allow you to get inside the work of the Trust and work along side our dedicated teams in a part time voluntary role. Ideal for gaining experience for your CV with a flexible approach of two or three days a week around other jobs and interests.

This is an exciting opportunity for somebody to gain a broad understanding in a range of conservation work areas including; reserve management, habitat restoration, surveying and monitoring and natural flood management.
