Are you a young eco warrior?
Chester National Park City (CNPC) is a youth-led nature campaign aiming to make Chester a greener, healthier, and better place for people and wildlife. Our campaign is run by young eco warriors all under the age of 30. We believe it is vital that young people are included in today’s climate conversations and are calling for more people to join our team.
We’re working alongside amazing organisations such as Cheshire Wildlife Trust, Chester Zoo, Chester University and Eco Communities and have lots of exciting ideas underway. Currently, we are developing wildflower seed packs, nature trails and transforming wasted urban spaces into wildlife meadows.
As a CNPC campaigner, you’d have the opportunity to put forward ideas, represent us at events and influence the Chester community. In June, we took part in the 2022 Green Expo where we introduced our campaign to the people of Chester. Over 250 people supported our call for Chester to achieve national park city status.
