Protecting wildlife on your doorstep
Cheshire Wildlife Trust is a grassroots movement of people from a wide range of backgrounds and all walks of life, who believe that we need nature and nature needs us. Together with our members and volunteers, we fight for nature's recovery across the region.
Nature conservation is no longer enough!"
Craig Bennett, CEO of The Wildlife Trusts
Working across Cheshire, Halton, Stockport, Tameside, Trafford, Warrington and Wirral, we manage and influence huge swathes of land and areas across the Irish Sea. We are pioneers in creating natural carbon solutions to combat the current climate and nature crisis we today find ourselves in. We also know that our natural world needs everyone to act if we're to save it. Therefore we reach thousands of people each and every year, from school children to local businesses, inspiring communities to love and protect nature where you are.
