Wilder Cheshire Question Time

Wilder Cheshire Question Time

You may or may not be aware, but there is an Environment Bill currently working its way through Parliament. This piece of legislation will have a huge impact on the way our land, sea and air recover in the years to come. It's important that we get it right!

With inspirational people such as Greta Thunberg motivating movements like School Strike 4 Climate, there has never been a more important time for young people to be heard.

You are going to see the lasting effects of this more than anyone.

It's important that YOU have your say for a Wilder Cheshire for your Wilder Future.

If you could ask your local politician one thing...

This October, Cheshire Wildlife Trust are hosting a Wilder Cheshire Question Time event for 16-25 year olds to put their questions to a panel of local politicians in Chester. This will include councillors, parliamentary candidates and sitting MPs from several political parties.

Now is your chance to ask your question!

What are they doing to keep the oceans clean?

What are they doing to protect green spaces from development?

What are they doing to reduce climate change?

We won't have time to ask all questions but we will select range that represent those submitted. All sign-ups will be able to bring a guest to the event. More details to follow!

As this event is exclusively for 16-25 year olds, all people submitting a quesiton to attend must be this age at the time of submitting or at the time of the event.
